  • As a small business, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges once your order is placed. If there’s an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we’ll promptly issue a refund or send a replacement.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and standard shipping takes 4–6 days. Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside our control.

  • Unfortunately, as a start-up, we're unable to ship outside the US at this time.

  • Rather than generic dots, each pair of Solify socks is designed with unique grip patterns to help you stand out in class. We also use thicker silicone grips for better traction, durability, and long-lasting wear.

  • Our socks are stress-tested through machine washing and drying, but to extend their life we recommend washing cold with like colors. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce grip and affect fabric integrity.

  • Each pair is made from 85% cotton, 13% nylon, and 2% spandex.

  • We’re proud to partner with manufacturers who hold Oeko-Tex, BSCI, and GOTS certifications, ensuring safe, ethical, and eco-conscious production. Our packaging is also made from curbside recyclable kraft paper to help reduce waste wherever possible.

  • One size fits most: Women’s US 5–10 / Men’s US 6–9. Our stretchy fabric comfortably adapts to different foot shapes for a secure, stay-put fit.

  • Not yet, but it’s in the works! Right now, we’re focused on bringing our socks directly to you. If you’re a studio or retailer interested in carrying Solify in the future, we’d love to connect at hello@solifysocks.com.

  • Our grips are made with thicker silicone than standard socks, which means they hold up better through washes and workouts. Like any sock, normal wear and tear may happen over time, but we’ve tested ours through countless classes and washes to ensure they’re built to last longer than the typical pair.

  • We can make changes within 4 hours of your order being placed. After that, we begin processing, and adjustments are no longer possible. If you need help, email us right away at hello@solifysocks.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
